Materials Used:

The wood used in Rhino Iran products, including the Reimann Bar and Barrel Reimann, is imported from Russia and made of maple plywood. Compared to raw wood, plywood has superior mechanical properties, offering resistance against moisture-related stresses, cracking, warping, or dimensional changes.
Upon arrival at the factory, the wood is precisely cut and shaped using high-accuracy CNC machines before being sent to the assembly department.

During assembly, components are joined using a proprietary connection system developed by Rhino Iran, known as Rhifix.

• Rhifix is a mortise-and-tenon-style wooden joint created through robotic cutting techniques.
• This system eliminates the need for nails, screws, or bolts, ensuring the products remain as sturdy and durable as they were on the first day, even after years of use.

Manufacturing Process:

Before painting, all sharp edges and corners are sanded, and any gaps or cracks are filled with wood filler. This process is repeated twice for a flawless finish. The product is then finely sanded again to achieve a smooth surface, preparing it for painting.

Painting Process:

1. A base coat is applied to highlight the wood grain. Additional sanding or filling is performed if necessary.
2. A sealer primer is applied to enhance paint adhesion, seal the surface, and ensure a uniform finish.
3. The product undergoes further sanding, filling, and sealing before being painted.
4. Available colors include:
